Feedback from Other Retreats
Cultivating a Calm Mind was the best retreat experience I've had in a long time! Every session was conducted with professionalism and knowledge! I highly recommend this Retreat Experience.
This is absolutely the best retreat I have ever done. There was an excellent mix of activities and I enjoyed them all. Everything was well organised and there was such an atmosphere of friendship, support and fun. I would do it again. Thank you so much, Michelle.
Thank you Michelle, for this fabulous retreat. It was so well organised and the content was varied and nourishing on all levels. Your choice of other mind body practitioners to join you was also fantastic. I made a special trip from NZ to join you, and it was so very worth the effort. Lots of valuable information to take away and re-visit.
