Spectacular Hinterland Setting:44 acre private retreat facility in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland offering stunning 180 degree views.
Quarterly Topics: Participants can learn to cultivate a calm mind and embrace mindfulness in their daily lives focussing on areas such as stress, anxiety, overthinking and emotional overwhelm.
Workshops and Activities: In addition to meditation and mindfulness practices, this retreat includes yoga, a sound healing and art workshop.
What you will receive: Leave the retreat with an introduction to mindfulness meditation and tools to manage stress and anxiety and an increase focus and clarity. You will also receive a copy of my book Cultivating a Calm Mind and a unique piece of art you will create. Lunch and snacks included.
